Scott Emery, Baumann Consulting’s SVP, Director of Existing Building Decarbonization, is presenting at DECARB DC 2024 Summit on February 29th in Tysons, VA on the Geothermal: Building the Business Case and Lessons Learned panel. During this session, Scott will discuss the United Therapeutics Unishpere Project and the Wheaton Redevelopment Project. Both projects incorporated hybrid-geothermal systems and included installing ground loops beneath the structures. This will provide insight into creative and effective ways to incorporate geo-exchange into urban projects.
