Wheeling Town Center features a 5-story 300-unit luxury apartment building with modern amenity packages and lavish facilities. This luxury apartment building will offer a wide range of units, from studios to three bedrooms, all with balconies and high-end finishes and appliances, including a parking garage. It will also feature a courtyard with a pool, bocce court, BBQ grills, a covered gazebo bar, a putting green, a pergola-covered dining area, lounge areas, fitness, and yoga rooms.
The Baumann team provided the following tasks as part of the fundamental commissioning activities:
- Review owner’s project requirements and basis of design
- Develop and implement a commissioning plan
- Incorporate commissioning requirements into construction documents
Pre-functional and functional performance tests were performed to verify the optimal performance of the HVAC systems according to the owner project requirements.
The Wheeling Town Center anticipates being LEED v3 New Construction certified.
