Lacey Lott is a Senior Sustainability & ESG Project Manager and a key member of Baumann’s Sustainability practice area. Her focus is sustainability consulting with an emphasis on green building certifications and ESG strategy. Lacey led the reporting initiative for Baumann’s first Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) 2023 report, took on projects from a variety of rating systems including LEED, WELL, Fitwel, AEGB, ILFI, CHPS, and Parksmart, and led training and onboarding efforts that helped the sustainability practice area to double the size of our team in a year.
