Tobias Weiler received his certification for the BEG, KfW, BAFA, NH, iSFP, EH, QNG, BnD, EG … – Navigating through the Current Federal Funding for Efficient Buildings (Navigation durch die aktuelle Bundesförderung effiziente Gebäude) from the Academy of the Chamber of Architects and Urban Planners of Hesse K.d.ö.R. In 2023 and 2024, extensive changes were introduced and new priorities were set for funding for buildings – both for new construction and renovation – and for renewable energies.
This seminar provided a comprehensive overview of the current funding opportunities for residential and non-residential buildings and what you need to consider to make sensible use of subsidies. In 2024, the heating subsidy will be increased to up to 70% for private individuals, including an income bonus as well as a climate speed bonus when replacing old oil, gas, or electric heating systems. The focus is strongly on heat pumps, innovative heating technologies, renewable energy hybrids as well as heating and building networks. The technical requirements for the subsidized installations have been tightened.
